This Policy explains how photograapher.com collects and processes personal data submitted through the contact and booking forms on this website, and what rights you have. Processing is carried out under the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» No. 2297-VI, Art. 11.

2. Data we collect

• Identification and contact details: name, e-mail address, phone number.
• Order details you provide in the booking form: service, vehicle details, preferred date, comments.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics only with your prior consent.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

We process data to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, perform booked services, comply with accounting and tax duties, and improve the website. Lawful bases are your consent, performance of a contract, and our legal obligations (Law No. 2297-VI, Art. 11). Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Cookies and analytics

Ukraine has no separate cookie statute, so consent for non-essential cookies, analytics and pixels is obtained under personal-data law (Law No. 2297-VI, Art. 11). A prior, granular cookie banner is shown, and full details appear in our Cookie Policy page. Essential cookies are used to keep the site functional.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months after the last contact. Contract and accounting records are kept for the period required by Ukrainian law. Data is deleted or anonymised afterwards.

6. Sharing

Data may be shared with hosting and IT providers, payment providers, accountants and, where required, state authorities. Processors act only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Send requests to contact@photograapher.com; we respond within the period set by Law No. 2297-VI. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or apply to a court.

8. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures, including restricted access and encrypted transmission, to protect personal data.

9. Language

A Ukrainian-language version of this website and of consumer information is available as required by Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII, Art. 27. The English version exists in parallel.
