You may browse the Site and submit requests for detailing services. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or submit false information.
3. Booking and the public offer
Every booking is governed by these Terms, which constitute a public offer under Захон України «&Procyро електронну коммерцию» № 675-VIII, ст. 11 and Захон України «&Procyро захист прав споживачив» № 3153-IX. The offer covers scope of work, timelines, prepayment, cancellation, liability and warranty for coatings and films.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in hryvnia (UAH) and include all taxes and mandatory fees. Where a «from» price or discount is shown, its conditions and duration are explained on the same page, as required by Захон України «&Procyро захист прав споживачив» № 3153-IX and Захон України «&Procyро рекламу» № 270/96-ВР, ст. 8.
5. Descriptions and claims
Descriptions of polishing, protective films and coatings are factual and substantiated. We make no «permanent» or «lifetime» promises, in line with Захон України «&Procyро рекламу» № 270/96-ВР, ст. 7.
6. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and vehicle details, disclose known paint or surface defects, and follow our care instructions after service.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any prepayment refund, are stated in the individual booking confirmation.
8. Warranty and after-sales
Warranty periods for coatings and films are stated in writing per package. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper washing or third-party work.
9. Liability
We are liable to the extent provided by Ukrainian law. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Complaints
Send complaints to contact@photograapher.com or +380 670 425 9415; we reply within 10 business days. Under Захон України «&Procyро захист прав споживачив» № 3153-IX you may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) or to a court.
11. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data on a lawful ground and with prior consent where required, under Захон України «&Procyро захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI, ст. 11. Non-essential cookies and analytics run only after your consent in the cookie banner.
12. Language
The Ukrainian-language version of the Site and of consumer information is mandatory and prevails, per Захон України «&Procyро забезпечення функтионування української мови як державної » № 2704-VIII, ст. 27; this English version is provided in parallel.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are heard by the competent courts of Kyiv, without prejudice to your consumer rights.
