Booking and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how appointments for polishing, protective films and coatings are booked, rescheduled and cancelled, and how deposits are refunded. It forms part of our public offer under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII, ст. 11 and Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX.

1. Booking and deposit

  • An appointment is confirmed only after we confirm the date and time in writing by e-mail or phone.
  • A prepayment of 20% of the total service price may be required to reserve a slot. The remaining amount is payable on completion.
  • All prices are shown in hryvnia and include all taxes and mandatory fees. Any discount or "from" price is explained in the offer and applies only under the stated conditions.
  • The scope of work, timelines, warranty and liability terms are set out in the published offer accepted at booking.

2. Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Free cancellation or rescheduling is available at least 24 hours before the agreed start time.
  • Later cancellation, or rescheduling less than 24 hours before the start, may result in the deposit being retained to cover the reserved time.
  • We may reschedule for reasons beyond our control (power outages, air-raid alerts, equipment failure). In that case you may choose a new date or a full deposit refund.

3. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it is paid to the same payment method within 7 business days of approval. Refunds for completed work follow the offer and Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX.

4. Late arrival and no-show

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the service may be shortened or rescheduled. If you do not arrive and cannot be reached within 30 minutes, the booking is treated as a no-show; the deposit may be retained.

5. Claims and complaints

Send claims to contact@photograapher.com or +380 670 425 9415. We reply within 7 business days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Держпродспоживслужба) or to a court.

6. Advertising and personal data

Claims about polishing, films and coatings are substantiated and not misleading, as required by Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР, ст. 7. Personal data is processed under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI, ст. 11, and non-essential cookies require prior consent.
