Warranty Policy

1. Legal basis

Warranty rights apply under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. Booking follows the public offer under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce', Art. 11. Total prices in hryvnia include all taxes and mandatory fees; scope, timelines, prepayment, cancellation and liability terms are in the offer, and 'from' prices are explained at order.

2. Period and registration

Coverage starts on acceptance; the period is stated in the order confirmation. Register within 14 days with proof of purchase, surface details and photos at contact@photograapher.com.

3. Maintenance

Follow written care instructions; use pH-neutral products; avoid abrasives, harsh solvents and brush washes; attend inspection within 30 days and annually; report defects promptly and allow inspection.

4. Exclusions

No coverage for accidents, chips, scratches, abrasion, improper washing, chemicals, fire, flood, unauthorized repair, modification, normal wear or missed maintenance. Durability claims are limited to documented characteristics under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising', Art. 7.

5. Manufacturer-backed coverage

Manufacturer written terms prevail where offered. photograapher.com records product, batch, period and exclusions in the order confirmation and warranty certificate; published terms form part of the public offer.

6. Claims

Email contact@photograapher.com or call +380 670 425 9415 with order number and photos. We respond within 10 business days and arrange inspection; if upheld, we repair, replace or refund under Law No. 3153-IX. Data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection', Art. 11.

7. Complaints and language

You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) or to court. A Ukrainian-language version is mandatory under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language', Art. 27.
