02 / Service layers

Three layers, measured one at a time

Polishing, protective film, and coating are separate decisions. Each layer is quoted only after a condition check, so the order and the coverage stay honest.

Layers stack in a fixed order. Film goes where impact risk is highest, coating covers what remains, and polishing comes first because neither film nor coating hides a defect underneath it.

Coverage and exclusions are written into the warranty limits before any layer is applied.

  1. 01

    Paint correction

Machine polishing that reduces swirl marks and oxidation and lifts gloss readings. Paint depth is recorded before and after every pass.

    Gloss delta
    +8 to +22 GU
    Clear coat removed
    under 3 µm
  2. 02

    Protective film

Transparent urethane on bumpers, bonnet edge, sills, and mirrors. It reduces the risk of stone chips and light scratches in the covered areas.

    Film thickness
    150–200 µm
    Typical coverage
    0.9–2.4 m²
  3. 03

    Long-term coating

A ceramic layer that supports washing and helps keep contamination from bonding to the surface. Durability follows maintenance, not the label alone.

    Care interval
    every 3 months
    Reapplication
    18–36 months

03 / Process detail

Four gated stages, each one written down

You approve the quote after the condition check, never before it. Every stage closes with a record you keep: readings, batch numbers, and care intervals.

  1. 01

    Condition check

Controlled-light photographs, gloss readings, and paint-depth notes are logged per panel before any abrasive touches the surface.

  2. 02

    Quote against tolerance

Defects are mapped by panel and graded. Where thickness is already close to the limit, we say so and narrow the scope instead of polishing through.

  3. 03

    Install in bay

Polishing, film, and coating run in sequence under the same bay record. Film batch and coverage area are noted for the warranty file.

  4. 04

    Care plan handover

You leave with wash intervals, product classes, and the registration step required for the manufacturer warranty to apply.

03 / Warranty

Warranty limits, stated plainly

A film or coating guarantee is only as good as its paperwork. Ours starts with a certified installation, a registration entry in the manufacturer database, and the maintenance schedule written on your handover sheet.

Nothing here overrides the manufacturer terms. Where the two differ, the manufacturer document governs and we will show you that document before you sign.

  • 14 days Post-install inspection
  • 6 months Surface re-check
  • 24 h Claim response window
  • Covered

Yellowing, blistering or lifting of certified film within the covered panels, when maintenance records are complete.

  • Not covered

Impact damage, stone chips outside protected panels, and defects present in the paint before we started. All of these are photographed and listed at the condition check.

  • Care required

Hand washing with pH-neutral shampoo, no brush tunnels, no abrasive polishing over film, and removal of bird residue within 48 hours.

  • Claim route

Send photos and your registration number. We book an inspection, measure the affected area, and confirm the outcome in writing.

04 / Booking

Every package starts with a condition check, not a price list. We read gloss, note paint depth and photograph the panels in controlled light before anything is quoted.
